Denver, CO — November 2023 — ShowLabs, a revolutionary visual commerce solution, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of XSpace, industry experts in automating editing, retouching and post production processing for digital product assets including photography, video, 360°, 3D assets. The acquisition of XSpace is a significant step forward in ShowLab’s ongoing efforts to build an industry-changing visual content platform.

The acquisition completion, a key milestone following ShowLab’s recent $3.2M series seed funding round, will give the company an advantage in how it integrates AI and generative content within the core functionality of the software platform currently in development.  

XSpace has spent years developing techniques used to train proprietary neural networks and ML models to conduct advanced creative editing and processing functions across millions of digital assets. These and other proprietary technologies have been tested and are currently being used to power workflows for current ShowLabs’ clients.
